What to expect

It's hard to stroll through the heart of Paris without noticing the colorful silhouette of the Pompidou Center! Familiarly known as Beaubourg, named after the neighborhood it resides in, this building entirely dedicated to modern art is remarkable not only for its bold and innovative architecture but also for the quality of the works accessible to all visitors. Prominent figures of 20th-century art such as Picasso, Kandinsky, Max Ernst, and Francis Bacon vie for attention in spacious galleries, which embrace an entirely industrial style.

After immersing yourself in fauvism and surrealism, you will delight in climbing the stairs that separate you from the top floor of the building, where an unforgettable panorama of the entire old Paris and, in the distance, the Eiffel Tower awaits you.
