How do I book my tickets on Ticketeaser?

Nothing could be easier! You select the activity or venue for which you wish to purchase tickets, the number of people and you make the payment. Once the payment is approved, you instantly receive a first email with the payment confirmation and a second email with the tickets to present at the entrance of your activity.

What are the advantages of booking tickets with Ticketeaser?

With Ticketeaser, you benefit from a wide range of tickets in France without booking fees. Tickets are sent instantly by email after validation of your payment. Once you're there, you don't wait in line to buy your tickets and access a priority line or queue jump depending on the location. Moreover, it is not necessary to print your ticket, you can simply present it on your smartphone.

After I pay on Ticketeaser, how long do I have to wait before I receive my tickets?

Tickets are sent instantly by email as soon as your payment is validated.

How can I book on a specific date if the tickets are not dated?

Most of our tickets are undated, and are valid on the date and time of your choice for several months (depending on the visit chosen). You have all the flexibility to plan your day of visit or postpone it in case of unforeseen circumstances.

I got my e-ticket. Is it sufficient to access the reserved activity

Yes, the e-ticket is the confirmation of your reservation and payment. It is accepted by all our service providers as proof of reservation.

Can I show the payment summary and the payment confirmation email to access the services or venue?

No, you must have your e-ticket sent by email to access the activity you have booked. Ticketeaser cannot be held responsible if you are denied access because you are not in possession of your ticket, whether printed or on your smartphone. Can't find the email with your e-ticket? Your tickets are also stored in your customer account.

Do tickets purchased on Ticketeaser provide the same access as tickets purchased on the spot?

Ticketeaser is an official reseller partner of all monuments, sites and activities presented on its site. The tickets on offer allow you to benefit from exactly the same access as when buying on site, with the difference that it is not necessary to queue at the ticket office. The prices on Ticketeaser are identical to those charged by our service providers and no processing fees are applied at the time of payment.

Do I have to print the e-tickets?

Unless otherwise indicated on the tickets, it is not necessary to print them. You can simply present your ticket on your smartphone, the barcode of which will be scanned at the entrance to the venue. Ticketeaser also enables you to make last-minute reservations and access your visit in a few clicks.

The establishment I booked won't let me in and says my tickets aren't valid. What can I do about it?

Ticketeaser offers official tickets on its website. If you are denied entry, please read the instructions on your ticket carefully to ensure that they have been followed. You must have your e-ticket sent by email to access the service you have booked. In case of problems, you can also contact our customer service

I can't open my e-tickets on my smartphone. How do I do that?

We send you your tickets in PDF format. Once downloaded to your smartphone, if they do not open automatically, please select an application to read PDF documents. This will allow your tickets to open without difficulty.

About the establishments

Are there discounts for different age groups? Or students?

Special discounts vary by institution. This information is indicated in the "Practical Information" section of each page. Some types of rates are only available once on site, with presentation of a supporting document.

Does the site have access for people with reduced mobility?

Access for people with reduced mobility exists for most of our activities. However, to be sure, you can check it in the practical information indicated on the page of the activity that interests you.

Progress of you order

What should I do if I have not received my e-ticket?

Please first check that the email sent by Ticketeaser is not in the "spam" folder of your email. If this is not the case, please contact us so that we can send it back to you. You must have your e-ticket to access the service you have booked. Also note that your e-bills are accessible from your customer acount.

Why are tickets neither cancelable nor refundable?

Our tickets contain bar codes that are valid for a period of several months to several years, so that you can enjoy the tickets with the minimum of constraints. We cannot therefore cancel this type of ticket as long as the bar code remains valid.

Payment

Are there any booking or administration fees?

No additional fees are charged for managing your order. The price paid corresponds only to the service ordered.

Can I pay on the spot?

Payment is made at the time of booking, directly on our Ticketeaser website. Once you have your e-ticket, you no longer have to pay anything on the spot, except the extras you would like to add on the day of your visit.

Is my payment secured?

The security of sensitive data related to payment methods is an extremely important point for Ticketeaser. As such, the entire payment process is managed by our service provider Be2bill which ensures the confidentiality of banking data. As a result, when they are entered and when they are transferred via the Internet, it is impossible for us to read them. This information is not stored on our site or on our servers.
