What to expect

Discover the new Cité de l' espace in Toulouse: embark in real spacecraft, walk on other planets, travel in 3D to the ends of space and make amazing discoveries. At the Cité de l' espace, the universe has not finished surprising you.

It is in the Haute-Garonne, in Toulouse, land of conquest of the sky that is installed this exciting site for young and old alike. The park gives you the desire to take off with its exact replica of the Mir station, the moon runner, the machine that recreates lunar lightness and allows you to train for space trekking. How are planets created? How many stars are there in the sky? What is an exoplanet? How many months to get to Mars? To satisfy the Earth's natural curiosity, nothing beats a visit to the Cité de l'espace.

###Cité de l'espace opening hours

From 10am to 5pm, 6pm or 7pm depending on the season and school holidays.
Late night opeing until 11pm: every Thursday from 12 July to 23 August.
Closed: every Monday in March, then every Monday from September to December except school holidays.

###Access to the Cité de l'Espace

	Arrive at the Cité de l'espace
By car	DFrom the city center of Toulouse: follow the signs "Cité de l' espace" or direction Castres (15min).
Communal transport	Bus 37, every day (except May 1st) : metro line A to Jolimont or metro line B to Ramonville, then bus line 37, stop Cité de l' espace. Bus "linéo" 16, every day: bus stop Gymnase de l'Hers (500m on foot from the Cité de l'espace).
