Open Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm
Wednesday evening until 9 pm (from May 23 to August 22)

Good to Know

The esplanade, the honor hall, the Forum - former ballroom - and the historic lounges of the Palace of the Golden Gate are freely accessible.
The immigration museum is free for those under 26 and for everyone on the first Sunday of each month.
Smartphone tickets are accepted.

Visiting Tips

For security reasons, access to the museum and cloakroom is prohibited for all types of suitcases, as well as large travel bags or backpacks (hiking type). Small travel bags or backpacks smaller than A3 format (Height 42cm x Width 29.7cm) are only accepted in the cloakrooms.
