The first images that come to mind when thinking of Normandy are undoubtedly the charming green and rolling bocage, the half-timbered houses, the peaceful cows, and the dozens of delicious cheeses. But the list certainly doesn't end there, as it also includes little gems like Mont Saint-Michel, the quaint village of Honfleur, the cliffs of Etretat, and the cathedral of Caen. And finally, how can we not mention a significant chapter of French history that took place in Normandy, from the Bayeux Tapestry to the long beaches made famous by the Allied landings? Normandy is all of this and more.
