What to expect

The Museu de Cera de Barcelona, known in Europe as the Wax Museum of Barcelona, is a must-see if you're visiting the Catalan capital! Come and discover over 150 wax figures on display, set in nearly thirty fascinating scenarios for both children and adults alike.

Ideally located in the city, just steps away from La Rambla in the El Raval neighborhood, this museum will take you on a journey through time and across various worlds, thanks to its iconic fictional characters as well as historical figures from Spain and Latin America.

The tour lasts about an hour, making it the perfect stop to round off a day of sightseeing in the streets of Barcelona. Wander through the rooms and let yourself be surprised by the scenes you'll discover during your visit. Will you bump into Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean) around a corner, or become a follower of the Force with Rey and Chewbacca (Star Wars) in the next hallway? Or perhaps you'd prefer to witness the genius of Frida Kahlo in the midst of a painting session? It's up to you to find out! Take your time to admire every detail, each face carefully sculpted by professional artists who work year-round to innovate and bring new wax figures—the museum is constantly evolving!

Perfect for a family outing or a trip with friends, the Wax Museum of Barcelona is open daily from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM without interruption, with the last entry at 6:00 PM. The museum is accessible for people with disabilities (although two scenes are still temporarily inaccessible, and thus the admission fee is reduced for wheelchair users). Did this adventure leave an impression on you? A gift shop is open at the end of the tour, where you can pick up a souvenir from your journey!

You can purchase entry tickets directly at the ticket office. However, to ensure a visit at the time of your choice, feel free to buy your tickets in advance via our online ticketing service. Visitors who already have their tickets can go straight into the museum at their desired time and skip the line at the ticket office. Online purchases also guarantee lower prices than at the counter.

To end your visit on a high note, stop by the fabulous Bosc de les Fades Café, located near the end of your tour. A magical and bucolic setting awaits you, the perfect place to recharge before continuing your stroll along La Rambla!

Génial
Franchement, j'ai fait le musée Grévin à Paris et Madame Tussaud à Londres et celui-ci est super. Mention spéciale pour la section Casa de Papel ! Je recommande à tous !
